We select “pieces”, always unique and interesting items.

What makes us different to most online stores?
BAGSY is and will always be community based! We love our friend-customers!
We operate as a regular online store, with the perks of a local business. For example, if you’re local, you do not need to pay for shipping, simply collect from our BAGSY Hub in Red Deer.

Do you carry all sizes?
Yes! XS to 4X. Something for everyone!

How do I purchase?
Purchase online and pick up at our BAGSY Hub, located at Sugar Free & More, Red Deer, 6 days per week.

I ordered, how long until my item is ready?
Anything purchased before Sunday at midnight will be ready for collection the following Tuesday morning.

How do I know whether items are new or pre-loved?
Any brand new item will be described as such in the “item description”.

I ordered on Monday, will my items be ready for collection on Tuesday?
The items will not be ready for collection this week. Items will be available for collection after the next BAGSY Hub drop-off next Tuesday.

What if something doesn’t fit?
Return tagged items to the BAGSY Hub, with a label clearly marked:
“Return”
Your name & original packing slip (found in your collection package)
You will receive a full refund within 7 days.
